| hi xanga. long time no chat, hows it been? yeah, sorry about that, myspace is just for an older crowd you know? xanga is for youngins and old fashioned folks...like amanda and marlo- you two are the only reason im making this blog.
how am i? i.......am. haha. (no i didnt laugh there, but i smiled) well im a lot healthy. christina and i have been going to the gym a lot, and basically i have 1/10948504867th of the candy i had before and its incredibly difficult. ahh! but im being healthy and getting in shape for summer so thats nice. plus my butt got bigger....haha! yeah.......& im pretty excited about the future at this point. its exactly 2 months until i turn 18. & to be honest....im frightened. so many things are going to change after this summer. i have put off thinking about this so i guess its time, and i may as well do it on here so you all know ive conquered my fears. 
but seriously. im afraid of losing touch with everyone. my mom will be in new zealand/australia/cali next year and i honestly dont know where ill be, but i wont have a hershey home to return to? and im not all that good at keeping in touch, or rather, my mom isnt and im afraid ill be like her... ah!!! this is hard. so i wont see any of my best friends anymore. for a long time. thats gonna be a tough day, when we all leave to go to boston, va., new zealand. i like making friends, but i have great ones already. if only we could all go somewhere together... but we all know that wouldnt work. ugh. ok, so i dont know what else to say about that.
when i turn 18, im going to get a car, and maybe a tattoo. i think i would get a lady bug on my ankle 'cause 1) ive always wanted to be a lady and 2) my mom used to call me lovebug 3) its my favorite insect:Dhaha 4) theyre just realy pretty & 5) in "Under the Tuscan Sun" the character Katherine, i think her name was, has this quote about how when she was a little girl she would spend hours looking for lady bugs and shed never find any, and finally she would collapse into the grass and when she woke, they would be crawling all over her. and i think thats beautiful. but enough about that. my car now. ahh i cant wait. its probably going to be a volvo, toyota or a saab. hopefully a saab, but its doubtful. anyway, its gotta be a mad safe car. ok thats all about that.
now. next year. ideas = galapagos islands (http://www.ventureco-worldwide.com/projectgalapagos.htm ) and then other ideas are to take french classes in france living with a host family, like Kait did this year. and i might go to chile, hopefully for habitat for humanity, and ill be living with my mom for a while in new zealand and also with my family in chicago, maybe to take acting classes while I stay with them. its going to be amazing. im pretty excited to see my passport after next year. woohoo!!! so thats pretty uplifting, toio bad I have yet to plan allllll of it. im a mini kait, yeah. ok well im going to get my butt into gear.
and i didnt swear at all in this entry...theres hope for me yet to become a lady....hmm ladykaty......

im officially not allowed to go to india or africa. india has too much poverty & i wouldnt learn anything but how to be even more sad. but africa, apparently the men think that white women are whores & only exist to screw. obviously rape is bad everywhere but in a place where 50% of the population has AIDS, i think it might be worse. so i agree, but im disappointed. i dont know where else to go & i really dont want to be an au pair!
chicago was great fun though, overall. i love to fly, & i like airports a lot. my cousin is maturing, my aunt wants to get on my good side, for whatever reason, & they have the cutest puppy in the entire world- Cleopatra Queen of Judson Avenue. they have a giant house in evanston & it was really refreshing to just walk around the city not talking to anyone, & being alone, no one nagging me about college apps or anything else. my phone being dead for 6 days was REALLY nice too.
last night was fun though, three comedies(clerks, the wedding singer and animal house) with my kai-monster & face masks and painting our nails, & lighting about a hundred candles, & making henna. we'll do that again soon love!
anyway. enough about me. hope everyone got what they wanted for break, & HAPPY NEW YEARS!! 2006 brings a lot: graduation & my 18th birthday. when i turn 18, i think its a little more special for me because not only am i able to enlist buy porn and cigarettes, i'm allowed to look for my dad. ive been thinking a lot about that lately...i probably shouldnt, but so it goes. i wonder if ill find him. i wonder a lot.
i think i know why i still have a xanga. subconciously, i hope that my friends do actually give a good goddamn about my life, & by posting on xanga im giving them another chance to know whats going on in my life, if they missed their first chance by not listening when words leave my mouth.
sad, but true. isnt that how life is sometimes? ::sigh::
